even if the spin let gyro control the exact speed of rotation of the ball and gyro gave it as little movement as possible, he can only reach absolute zero which is uhh very cold but still not anything reality breaking
and that's assuming that we gave gyro this made-up ability to slow the rotation of his balls that hard
and at that point it isn't just stopping the ball's rotation, he'd have to stop the individual molecules moving for it to do literally anything
