if the stand creates the element themselves, like magician's red shooting fire, its not visible to non-stand users
if the stand does something like star platinum rubbing some sticks together to start a fire, that would be visible as that's not part of the stand
it also matters if its a bound stand like aqua necklace, those stands are able to be seen and interacted with by non-stand users as they're bound to certain objects
