How to tiny stands/multiplied stands like Harvest work pain-wise?

For stands like Smex Pistols or Harvest, does each tiny little guy correspond to a part of the body or is it just the whole body for each stand? An example: If one little 'Harvest Bug' got hurt, would Shigechi feel pain all over his body or would just his arm or leg experience pain?

Let`s imagine that Harvest have 50 total

If 1 died, Shigech will feel only 1/50 pain

Its obviously not hurt

But 40/50 killed

Will hurt so bad

Yea, and also this is how he survived first KQ`s bomb

I mean it took 2 explodes to kill him

I think it was explained in part 5 when they were fighting Cioccolata, if all 6 of Mista’s stands died, then Mista would also die, and I think the same goes for Shigechi

Shigechi survived the first explosion because he dropped the coin right before it exploded, so instead of the explosion getting transferred to Shigechi, it blew up the coin. Shigechi got damaged because of the impact of the coin exploding near him
