pucci specifically took just one of his feet so he would die slowly, but when weather started fighting back even with one foot, he took the other for good measure even if that shortened his lifespan tremendously
weather was only gonna last minutes at most with 2 missing feet
it takes just 2 minutes to bleed out from a severed artery, and there are multiple in the arms, couple that with shock from having both arms instantly removed, and ermes was only gonna last a few moments

im aware it would be a fatal wound im just thinking that they shouldnt have died near instantly, weather report lost both legs and had the shock of losing both limbs, and survived quite a while but ermes just fucking died instantly
