The first which comes to mind is the F.L.E.I.J.A from Code Geass. I mean sure ||evaporating cities|| is cool but this was just the beggininer of it. The main thing for me was watching it play out in the world and how it was used. I just really enjoyed watching it.

Oh yeah idk if this counts as a weapon but in Dr Who the Oods anti memory technology are terrifying, they kinda remind me of jail house lock too.
