It's more so a theory that Zoro could kill Kaido. To clarify, Oda made a manga of short stories called Monsters (I think), and one of the stories featured Ryuma, the zombie samurai from Thriller Bark (except he's alive). TL;DR, Ryuma decapitates a dragon and bares a striking resemblance to Zoro. Hence why some people think Ryuma could be Zoro's ancestor and eventually slay Kaido.
