Honestly pretty hard, there are definitely a lot of small@cuts to be made that can reduce a lot of time, but that’s super time consuming. It’s not like you can skip entire arcs or episodes with possibly a few exceptions. And even within the episodes there is not much filler at all

Like the reason One Pace works so well is because there is just so much filler and wasted time to cut in that series.
