@fluid gull the reason i think hxh is overhyped online is how they portray it. it’s not like fast paced fighting masterpiece like tiktok and reddit say it is, it’s more slow and deliberate, which is part of its beauty and strengths. the “slow but effective” development like you said of the world, of nen, of the characters, that’s why and what makes it so amazing, it’s truly a great show but i feel like the hype on the internet shows it as something it isn’t
