Caught up with Girl Meets Rock at 83 chapters. That’s right, this manga was so damn good I caught up with it in less than 10 hours LMAO!
In a word, this manga is all about YOUTH. It follows Chihiro, a young girl who just started high school and picked up a guitar for the first time. What follows is a passionate tale that navigates adolescence and takes you through surprising moments. Like, I would never have guessed that we’d have an intense battle of the minds between two clever tricksters lol, that was such a great moment. It has that unputdownable quality that makes me want to keep turning the page and see what comes next. They’re gonna have to license a LOT of songs if they ever adapt this though lol
But yeah, SUPER good, and this is coming from someone who isn’t a big fan of music. Highly recommended that everyone read it.
