Fun as hell Fantasy of unlikely heroes on a grand and hilarious quest in the land of Faerun of the Forgotten Realms, and this time they went all in with D&D shenanigans. ||Loads of varied D&D creatures from fat dragons to intellect devourers||, great magic combat, amazing one take shot showcasing ||wild shape|| shenanigans, poking fun at the insane suggestions tabletop players sometimes do, and the crazy things that happen in a universe filled with magic.

Can’t recommend this movie enough for Fantasy and Adventure fans.

Creature Commandos Season One Introspective:

James Gunn and casts of superpowered misfits with colorful music, he never misses. Glad to see how he’s handling the transition from the DCEU to the DCU well. Love how each member of the Creature Commandos highlighted something deeply wrong with humanity, whether it be prejudice, grooming, bullying, or political manipulation AND took it further to make it impactful to show how our “monsters” are far from it each episode in their unique ways. The constant turns and twists… never expected a small mystery in this with an “ambiguous villain” but I was here for it, and here for a surprising evolution of Amanda Waller. My favorites are definitely GI Robot, Dr. Phosphorus, and Nina Mazursky but that’s not to say Flag Sr, The Bride, and Weasel weren’t well written. For 7 episodes, it was surprisingly well paced. Some deaths were shocking and others were straight up sad, but alas the Creature Commandos lives on, onto Season Two.

Omniscient Reader caught up at 246 chapters. You know the drill with these combat urban fantasy Manhwas lol, but it’s a fantastic one . The premise is your basic apocalyptic death game as a crappy web novel suddenly becomes reality, but the author has honed his craft right. The stakes and increase in scope of the story feel tense and believable, the characters are done right and make you want to root for the good guys and see the evil ones be defeated, and the MC has an advantageous but not overwhelm power, so he has to use his advanced knowledge to survive and win. Best part though are the constellations lol. Freaking spectators reacting to all the action and supporting and sabotaging the participants. Demonic Judge of Fire and Prisoner of the Golden Headband are the best.

Long story short this one is very good go check it out.

The art is amazing, especially during the shovel techniques (you’ll see), but I have to say it… kind of overstayed its welcome haha. Could probably be shorter, though I will say the ending was great.

and it has this episode called Patience and its easily the peak of the series (and they're all one off episodes with no continuity so i would almost recommend you go watch it so i dont spoil it for you, its 15 minutes)

but its an adult swim style comedy show

so its not high art its just the funniest episode to me

anyway the twist happens about part way through the episode ||where they realized the episode was so boring it was testing the patience of the audience, so they decide to attempt to undo the damage they did to the audience by playing the entire episode in reverse. and you think its just a bit, but no, they fr play the entire fucking episode in reverse finish to start. and its this funny deal where like, the initial gag is funny, but then youre like "oh come the fuck on really?" and eventually it just starts being funny again cuz its so absurd (and they do little things to keep it fresh in reverse but its mostly just the absurdity of it all)||

alternatively, endless eight

where its like. ok. i get what we're doing, but are you gonna make me sit through this? yes? oh. okay.

but im not finished with it yet so im withholding my judgement until im actually done, cuz theres still two chapters left to read
