Psych final season 8 beat. Much shorter at 10 ep, but Netflix also threw in the Psych After Pshow special so that was nice of them.

Highlights:
-||Opening with the final Desperaux ep, a solid choice. I like the question the episode pose to us all: is he Pierre Desperaux, or is he Royston Staley?

• much like Phineas and Ferb remade one of their earliest episodes Rollercoaster into one of my favorite ones of the show, so too did Psych with their Court ep remake. SO much better! You can’t tell me they didn’t get the idea from the cartoon lol! Returning guest stars in different roles was a nice touch.
• “Gus” is murdered ep was great, always nice to see Guster take charge.
• the 1967 ep was great seeing everyone play different roles than usual, and man the ending where Jules pushed Lassie to take job… perfect.
• Branningan was an excellent addition as Head Detective, a lot of character to her, it’s a shame she only showed up in 3 eps.
• 4 Supernatural detectives? Hell yeah! Sweevil Witch was the best. I do hope that Mind Reader dude got his job back tho.
• Nightmare ep was fantastic, tons of scares and a hilarious look into the inner minds of Guster.
• Val Kilmer AND Billy Zane AND the actual Bud as Gus’s Boss? Love the finale, and the Monk reference was perfect. Great note to end the show on with the chase and everyone moving on with their lives.
• the after pshow was a ton of fun, I particularly loved all the guest stars giving their messages. lol Yang and Mary. Ending the special with the cast and crew singing I Know You Know was the best ending possible to my watch through.||

Oh man what a show, right up there with Monk as my all time favorites. Damn shame I can’t watch the 3 movies, like Monk’s movie (fingers crossed one of the 4-6 Psych movies has Adrian Monk). Not sure what to binge next, gonna check my Netflix catalogue and look for anything that doesn’t need a VPN to watch.
