Psych season 7 beat. Penultimate season is shorter at 14 eps but has the Special as well, and boy was it great haha. I haven’t seen a single ep of this season before now amazingly. Lots of changes too like giving Gus a steady GF (for awhile) among other things. Juliet also kicks so much ass this season, I love it.

-||I forgot to mention it before, but Part 1’s S-H-Comma to the top (that’s God’s comma)-Dynasty is my favorite Gus nickname LMAO! Anyway no more Noir mood, Shawn is angry and DAMN! Also I thought Lassiter was gonna save Shawn at the end but NOPE Juliet shows why she’s a detective!

• Rachel and Max were fun additions to the show. Also another great showing from Jules.
• The Big Show- err Big Foot was the last episode I’d expect to have so many wounds on the main cast but damn I love it. Half Blair Witch half unexpected action damn.
• LMAO Lloyd also being a bad father. Did not expect that twist at the end.
• I never thought an ep would come along to dethrone the Hangover episode as my favorite but damn the Clue ep sure was the funniest one ever. RIP Curt Smith mauled by a Panther.
• Wedding ep was great but oh man the fallout when Juliet discovered that Shawn’s a fake… my god I love that storyline. The What If follow up was fantastic as well. I love that Shawn has to prove himself to Juliet that he can still be trusted and it wasn’t just brushed off. Only complaint I had is that them being together again for real happens off screen .
• the finale had a great mystery, and shook up the status quo by firing McNab and suspending Chief Vick, as well as giving us a new head boss in Trout.
• The Musical special was AMAZING! oh man my jaw dropped when her true love showed up to bring her to the afterlife: FREAKING MARY! It also had the most amazing buildup and payoff to a joke: after two whole episodes teasing and only showing part of it, the special seemed to end only to suddenly cut away to Gus, finally singing JAMAICAN INSPECTOR in all its glory. Perfection.||
