||I don’t get what you mean with “consumed”, but what i thought would happen was that Shigaraki would get control over his body back by killing AFO’s presence in his body and mind, Deku would be able to emotionally connect with him and understand his struggles (which i feel Deku still doesn’t really understand?), and both would come to a compromise where Deku would try to fix the societal issues that led him and the LoV into villainy, and Shigaraki would trust him on that and feel motivated to be a good person and find himself outside of villainy. Basically what happened with Uraraka and Toga.||

||i can’t believe URARAKA of all characters did a better job with her villain and had a more satisfying role in the final battle than the actual main character now that i'm thinking of it lol. Accidental feminism?||

This was the good type of mental gymnastics in media, need me some more Heaven Sents RTD. Also, neat little ||Kate Lethbridge-Stewart|| cameo, but also why Susan Twist, RTD? She’s not the Big Bad Wolf, but you can try. However, loving how the mystery of Ruby’s snow is building.

||Yeah, i don’t think Shigaraki would turn to heroism exactly, but i do think he has good in himself and just needed to be reassured and have someone reframe his life’s events for him (especially AFO’s grooming). Super silly and hilarious series about a guy with hyper observant skills and his best friend running a (fake) psychic detective agency in Santa Barbara. Rapid Fire reference jokes are alright with me with the sheer number they throw at us and not dwelling on them longer than they should. Oh and of course the catchy as hell theme song. Highlights:
||- I feel it had a stronger pilot than Monk did, though it might just be the nature of the series. Gus screaming and running outside at the sight of dead bodies is always a classic. Goddamn shame Lassiter’s original partner didn’t make the cut for the series proper, but Juliet was a much better character honestly.

• Shawn dodging a bullet in the wedding ep with all the charges he made thanks to his faking a secret agent haha.
• the ex robber’s finger questions and Gus just giving Shawn the answer at the end lol
• Civil War and Comic-Con ep were a ton of fun. All the costumes and I loved the mystery in those eps. When Lassiter arrived to the pawnshop with BOTH the Union and Confederate armies, lol.
• Gus forced to deliver a warthog’s baby? Always a classic LMAO!
• Gus doing a little jig for solving the case and then remembering he had to give Lassiter props this ep lol
• the alien abduction intro with the big dude haha. Poor Shawn’s excellent memory and observation skills is a detriment there.
• the lawyer ep was… less entertaining than I remembered it. More dry than I thought it’d be from my memories.
• Lassiter’s birthday party attended by all the people he’s arrested (repeatedly) was the perfect ending to the ep haha. Jules means well but lol..||

Oh and Scary Sherry was one of the best eps
