A more regressed outfit in terms of it more resembles her child/teen fits than her adult fits to further hit home the naivety she has going to London. London being portrayed as a storm like how Mizu’s onryō side has typically been conveyed where Mizu in this case is in free clear blue skies as she rides into London with a blank face without seemingly any of her hatred.
