funny im Australian and my school friend moved to the states when he was about 14-15. within two years he acquired an American accent. i thnk some people acquire accents quickly so its plausible. Ive been watching the dub too. though its a bit sus but you can tell at the end very end of part 2 old joseph has the same British sounding voice actor, except deeper and more gruff to sound older. but then in part 3 the voice actor is completely different.
