many people think a character is bad if they dont have a character arc which is untrue, there are many shows that have characters that dont go though really any change, but seeing how they react to their enviroment is where you find the entertainment. Part 3 makes you grow attached to the characters in a much different way compared to other jojo parts, its seeing them put in all these crazy scenarios and seeing how they are gonna get out of it in their own different ways. Polenareff might rush in with his sword, Kakyoin might think it out for a bit, Joesph may stall for time, avdol may risk his own life, and jotaro might try to see what advantages he has. All the crusaders are so entertaing and as a group they do have a collective character arc and thats all facing there past fears and shame by facing Dio who exploited their faults. Love or hate the shows length too but with almost 50 episodes that length of time naturally get u attached to the characters. Although I felt his back story was thrown in at last second I still think u felt it because of how much u seen the character go through and struggle. I think a lot of people miss that in part 3
