Hol horse is undeniably an actual god during the events of stardust crusaders, in his first appearance his bullet dodges an attack of silver chariot, which when later used with its armor on was able to catch the hanged man which travels the speed of light, meaning silver chariot's minimum speed is abit under 299 792 458 m / s, which is with armor on, which without it Silver Chariot's speed is shown to increase massively, putting it's top speed many times greater the speed of light. Hol horse manages to manually control this bullet to dodge a sword that was both several times the speed of light, and also make it so polnereff couldn't even get another chase to deflect his chad bullet.
This means our god hol horse is in possession of a projectile many times faster than the speed of light, also breaking the sound barrier around 1,946,704 times per shot considering how much faster silver chariot is without armor, but can also react instantly without any issues.

Hanged Man is a bad example of Silver Chariot's display of speed. No matter how fast something is, if you know where it's going, you can intercept it.
They created a situation where Hanged Man literally had only one route to escape, and Silver Chariot positioned itself to ready to intercept it
This is the same situation with Hol Horse. He already expects that Chariot only attacks linearly because it think it can intercept a straightforward bullet, not knowing the bullet can actually dodge. Hol's masterful control of his bullets means that he already judged the distance perfectly and anticipated when the bullet and sword could meet, then used that info to control the bullet.
