They make a big deal of that being a limitation of stands in early part 3, though. Ebony Devil exploited that weakness when he chained Polnareff under the bed, and the whole reason Joseph ran off to find a tv was so he could use Purple Hermitt so Kakyoin and Polnareff could see what their stands were doing in his brain. But I suppose it could be handwaved as only SOME stands can't share vision with their users

In the polnareff hol horse showdown, silver chariot takes off all it's armor

#

Silver chariot, almost the speed of light without armor, goes to slice the bullet or whatever

Hol Horse, a normal human being, is able to react to this in such high speeds

That the bullet that he controls

#

Moves around the sword of silver chariot, again going around light speed, in such precision

#

That it reacts inches away from the sword

#

Dodges it

#

Then moves back to the original path, still inches away from the sword
