Like the other bubbles it’s actually a string but this one is so infinitely small that it “doesn’t exist” so it doesn’t follow logic like for example going thru walls or thru a phone. Josuke can’t control it, just the general direction. The bubble when it hits something will explode in a combination of spin and killer queens ability.
