Again, the Wall Eyes is a blessed body of land. The fate that Kira and Josefumi suffered through is a miracle and extremely unlikely to happen. By my logic, anyone who went though what those two did would have to have so many factors at play, that it’s extremely unlikely to replicate the creation of someone like Josuke and the blessing of a logic surpassing ability.
