Dragon's dream has 2 abilities. The first ability is being a lucky compass. The 2nd is a teleportation ability called 'ride the dragon'. DD's entire being is shaped like a compass with it's tail being the needle. The tail points to the luckiest areas in proximity for everyone to see (kenzo uses this knowledge with his skillset to full potential). 'Ride the dragon' is when DD bites something like an arm and it will randomly teleport said object somewhere in proximity like the chorus fruit from minecraft.

How kenzo utilizes these 2 abilities:
Kenzo has had an entire lifetime of training with fictional jojo karate and feng shui practice. He uses his karate to drown + bloat enemies in mere seconds with a cup of water and breaking the 4th cervical spine (explained in vol 8, chp 68, pg 5). By utilizing DD's lucky compass, kenzo can combine that luck with his inhuman techniques to best anyone in physical combat and dodge nearly anything. Think to back when mista could dodge bullets point blank in his origin story by being completely calm and level-headed. That's what kenzo can do constantly but he has offensive power of drowning and chops/kicks. He can use 'RtD' optimally bc he's lucky enough to hit every shot he fires due to DD's lucky compass. Kenzo + DD is a strong duo where both partners rely heavily on one another's skillsets.
