i would suggest making the lines smoother. Like i can tell you did a lot of stopping and starting along the outside or one really long line but you kind of gotta find a nice middle ground to that. Also use a finer pen for the shading, it'll be harder and take longer but it'll look better if you do it right. Also spend a long time on proportions and look up tips online. i saw the eyes are a bit crooked and i struggle with the same thing. btw im not saying its bad, I love it dude, keep it up, i wanna see more from you.
