Yes? Part 3 is not as good as 4 5 6 7 8 or 2 from a story telling perspective and these are stories we are reading. The art is never lacking in the series and stardust crusaders is my favorite art style, and I personally love it, but my opinion has nothing to do with its quality. Some of the fights are real shitters which no other parts have an abundance of and part 3 can be extremely boring, if you can’t think of any examples try reading strength or wheel of fortune and being entertained. Or deep blue moon.
