But then when they said they'd "go" to the lecture, it counted as "intent to pursue" and caused Calamity to flow at them
Similarly, the Head Doctor tricked the reporter into saying he's "Pursue" Akefu Satoru, which caused Calamity to flow at him
So why does Jousuke voicing his intent to kill the Head Doctor by making Wonder of U approach him not count as "intent to Pursue", since it has nothing to do with physical movement
The chapter goes from "Yasuho calling someone and sending them after WoU counts as 'Pursuit' and will kill her" immediately to "Jousuke making WoU approach him is OK"
