Joshu’s first appearance has a slightly altered hair cut compared to how he is drawn now. Slimmer eyes, and a slightly different cut, but otherwise same demeanor and character design.
Kira on the other hand (according to you) goes from having blond shoulder length hair and a purple suit, to shorter black hair with a sailor outfit.
Think about the story implications of this. Gappy is “born” with the sailor hat on, don’t you think Araki planned the fact that Kira also had a sailor suit? Considering the literal next chapter they go to the SbR Hat Shop and investigate the hat?
