Yo the drawing has turned out really nice! I’d recommend removing the in-between frames of animation for the lips. If you look at the anime they only ever use a couple frames for the key lip positions. Having less in-between frames for lip sync is not as time consuming and it will make the animation look a lot snappier too. @edgy mortar
also do you plan on adding more movements to kira or josefumi in that first shot?
