During non-combat encounters or in cutscenes her size is relative to your average captain like Mithrax

It's always been like this

For instance, in Beyond Light, she was mostly larger

However, the mid-fight cutscene in the final battle of the campaign brought her size down only for her to return to her larger size for the rest of the fight

In Plunder, her size was consistent

Since we only see her in the parley and in a cutscene, she was captain-sized

In Seraph, she was back to her large size when we fought her on Seraph Station

Then in Defiance she was smaller since she only showed up once in a cutscene

And now in Revenant, her size continued to change
