To paraphrase Crow, you never see a Warlock with a Golden Gun. One could reasonably assume that their Light simply doesn't naturally form that way. One cannot become a Warlock just like that.

However, Light is generally malleable. The grenades, for example, used to be class locked. Tripmines were Gunslinger only, Healing Grenades relegated to Dawnblades.
Blink was something Arcstriders (or rather Bladedancers) learned from Warlocks.
