Ok I legit thought of how Eliksni biology is and I've come to this. Eliksni Resemble crabs more so Im going to go with this route. They need Ether to grow and molt, like a crab, and in order to breed, female crabs but molt, this explains the population drop as the lack of ether is leading to females not being able to molt, and therfor not have smallen. Also Drifter calls Eido crab cakes so that solidifies my theory they are crab based species and therfor NO, you cannot breed with a mommy Eliksni, it is legit impossible if you look at a female crabs anatomy so no, do not the female Eliksni
Also that means the Male Eliksni anatomy is also very weird and If you know crabs you know what im impyling. So yeah, do not the Eliksni in general even though Mithrax is the best.
