yeah I honestly just never bothered to math it out but it looks like class font would be better there.... Kickstart gives 21.7% at 3 charges or about 4 seconds shaved off that 22 second cooldown, versus 95 class cuts it down to 15 seconds... extra 3 seconds shaved off that way I suppose ¯_(ツ)_/¯

you could swap out the weapons for melee or super if you prefer... I just like doing max damage where I can between ability casts, and I don't have melee energy issues bc I run gambler's dodge and threaded spike for the sever

I mean, sure, you can... at best you'd only get it to about 120 tho, and then you're trading 15% weapons dps for less than 10% melee dmg

The 15% is only minor/major though and your grapple grenade can be boosted against bosses as well

if your intent is solely to ability spam, then yeah like I said you could swap it for melee or even super... I would just get bored spamming the same abilities over and over and never shooting

I think I originally did have near 120 melee before I swapped it for weapons and I recall my grapple melee chunking a fair bit harder... somewhere around 40% harder, in fact... I'd rather have my weapons not feel like air soft guns tho tbh xD

Sure but i would argue weapons intended for minors/majors dont really need the dmg boost, you can rely on built in damage perks to do that job

I suppose... its more a QoL vs. effectiveness tradeoff...melee/super is prolly more effective, but I genuinely disdain the feel of 0 weapons stat gunplay and find it effective enough as is 😛

Now, let's talk about the fact that I prefer void super to solar super

I know solar is the meta but that weaken via impact core without relying on the artifact mod meaning I can put that artifact point into power from pain instead for free devour, paired with the void breaches for overshield, paired with the flat 20% that isn't as sporadic as ignitions are, paired with the lack of need to rely on accuracy for golden gun shots....it all just feels so much better to play
