The community can be a little... overzealous with their focus on minmaxxing everything and making sure it's all meta which I feel takes the fun out of the game by so focusing on numbers. On the other hand, the number of different weapons and things also makes it hard to balance the game. So double special weapons is strong currently but it hasn't always been and won't always be either. It'll shift over time as/when Bungie changes things.

Chem-pool Stasis nade: We already have one, Llama. It's the Duskfield.
Frost Armor Nade: Kind of lazy, but I understand coming up with new stuff for Stasis is a little tricky.
Iceskate nade: I think is a good idea but ultimately, you'd probably just want to add on a speed booster after running on it instead of the idea he gives since it wouldn't be great against any rigid surface.

Unravel Nade: Makes sense, gives Titans and Hunters an easy unravel but would probably still be considered weak.
Weave Nade: Absolutely not. Keep the Weavewalk stuff on the aspect.
Control Grenade: Honestly a great idea that works with the mind part of Strand. You could combine this idea with the Unravel nade, making that one more useful, and having a starting point for the control nade.
