Theoretical telesto dps if it procced bolt charge on every other shot (in my testing it was close to 3 but I will round up)

Sorry for the late answer. I think it's just a style choice. The helmet and armor isn't meant to represent your exact body structure, just how you want your guardian to look.

Example being different pants for each class making larger or thinner, and I'm not talking about bulk from armor.
