You can look on light gg to see what the perk pools are, but i dont recommend using it to determine god rolls

You can add resilience mods to your armor to increase it

It gives you flat damage reduction

Very strong and basically THE pve stat

in your inventory is below the subclass

Each has your held weapon/armor (to the right of highlighted) as well as nine other slots in that 3x3 square (highlighted)

If you want to pick up any new weapons, you need to have less in that inventory space

Which you can do by either dismantling weapons, or placing them in your vault if you want to keep them

And btw any weapons/armor that you weren't able to pick up should be found at the Postmaster in the tower, although she has an item limit so be sure to check somewhat often
