Usually what I do is, climb antenna, rift without super, start dpsing boss.

Rift at around 2 second remaining is usually when the boss starts teleporting and is the cue for me to activate sof. Keep dpsing until boss teleports 2 more times. The second teleport I have enough sof juice to snap a clone and get devour running. Jump to the middle and just kill clones to survive while avoiding lightning.

After safe area usage, I pop transcendence, climb back up the antenna, pop rift, DPS for the rift duration, then jump down and survive until end of DPS phase

I can kill the boss in 4 phases this way
