Enhancement is also in the game already, so as long as your 3rd and 4th column perks are what you want, the rest you can pick
Another thing i like is that you can reasonably find a use case for most perks in the game, i dont think ive seen any perk that i can truly call a fluff/throwaway perk in Rising, unlike d2 with shit like aerial assault

Eh, the rewards for clearing everything the first time are quite generous, and also the gacha aspect is MUCH more friendly than the popular ones
Genshin require 90 pulls for a guaranteed 5* character, but then its a 50/50 whether you get the featured, or a standard character
Destiny Rising only requires 60 pulls

@jolly mesa have you tried mini tcrash build? Its quite simple but really really fun, synthos and balistic slam. If there are more than 2 enemies nearby its a oneshot. Run monte carlo for faster melees
