Okay, to start. I see 0 damage reduction sources. On Prismatic it’s super easy to grab one, so I think I’d look into that first. Second is Devour + Facet of Purpose. You’re double dipping into healing. While a lot of healing is great, a lack of DR will make it useless if you die quicker than you can kill/Resto heal.

Personally I’d put on Needlestorm. It’s a great DPS Super that will also grant you Woven Mail on Orb of Power pickups.
