Depends on specific exotics, many are getting individual buffs to certain things. The goal of todays blog is to uplift the entire sandbox in pve, but they need to nerf some things as well to prevent power creep

So theres not really a blanket yes or no for exotics, you just gotta read it for yourself and see what exactly is happening
