using sunbracers will automatically give you lots of orbs (gotta mod your stuff correctly on your armor) which will almost perma enable your well. So the 80 intellect become useless either way

the reason why the others said useless stats is cuz what u tryna max on any build is resilience, then discipline and then recovery.
Sometimes you go mobility too instead of lets say recovery or so but most commonly you are trying to max the 3 i mentioned above.

Due to armor mods and orbs you wont need high intel since you can just fastly get it anyways. So yeah, just as a clarification
