Double primary is one thing - a very bad idea in PvE, but viable in PvP if you match your loadout and its weaknesses - but double auto rifle is utterly redundant and provides no benefit in the vast majority of encounters in PvP. Similar range brackets, similar TTK.

Let's see... Ros Arago is a nice feeling Auto, though that's a PvP perk and a PvE perk on the same roll - it'll feel good, but won't be as effective in either mode.

Half Truths with Assassin's Blade is a bit of an ad clear roll, which is a little pointless on something as strong as a Sword

The Rose is pretty solid for a PvP roll, I'd hang onto that

Gambler's Dodge is the dodge that gives you your melee back.

By using Devour, you can lower your Recovery, put the points into Mobility for your Dodge cooldown, and that means you can use it to go invis and get your melee back more easily.

Harmony is a bit of a weird perk. It can work, but it means you're swapping guns a lot, and it very much benefits from a Special Weapon you're actively and regularly using.
Surplus is, in my opinion, not very useful for anyone who uses their abilities regularly, however.

100 Resilience is always nice as it translates directly to damage resistance, and Powerful Friends isn't actually as useful as it sounds since we're in a heavy Orb meta to generate Armour Charge.

Also, Intellect is also redundant in PvE due to the way that Super is generated - via damage, kills, orbs, and mods. That, too, can be dropped.

No need to change your Exotic if you don't want to though, Mothkeepers are fun
And this advice is something you can slowly implement over time if you're willing, there's no rush
