Shinobu's Vow Build.

Content Rating: I personally can make this work in any teir of content including gms however id rate this as got for anything a bit above low end and a bit below master level content.

Class ability: Gamblers Dodge (the one that gives a melee charge)
Melee: Disorienting Blow (this is mainly a panic tool to escape enemies that sneak up on you and because i didnt wanna use combo blow in yet another build)
Nade: Skip nades (im using Shinobu's that's kinda the point)
Aspects: Tempest Strike and Flow State (tempest strike is fun to use and acts like a pocket forbearance [also tired of combo blow builds though that would also easily work in its place] and flow state for faster reloads and dodge cool down so you dont need to stat into high mobility)
Fragments: Spark of Shock, Amplitude, Ion and Discharge (Shock for jolt and overload champs. Ions for ionic traces which this build needs as the nade racharge rate is just barely not enough from just shinobus [and explanation will come later for this] discharge for the same reason as ions. amplitude for orbs as you will get a lot of multi kills)

Weapons: Primary slot can be filled with anything to counter champs. i like Quick Silver Storm here, Nezeracs whisper with demo and adrenaline junkie, and an arc lmg (the main thing is you want arc weapons to work with spark of discharge and arc surge mods and weapons with demo for nade refunding.)

Extra notes so shinobus is fun but has been nerfed previously to where its nade recharge is just barely not enough to sustain itself. it use to add one extra drone to skip nades making 5 drones and each drone hit would give 10% nade energy back (50% total per nade) allowing you to throw 3 nades back to back to back but now it doesnt give the extra 5th drone and only refunds 40% total nade energy per nade thrown which with 2 nades means you are 20% short of another nade and your cycle will fall apart. the idea then is to spec into ionic traces a bit (Not too heavily ie. cold heart is a bit too much) to help keep your nade cycle moving.

another note on cold heart. whilst it is good interupting its firing to throw nades will cause the buff to fall off and it wont feel as good to use in this build in particular.

Any extra info you will have to call me and ask me about it as there are a lot of reasons as to why i picked certian mods and fragments that i wont be able to answer all of them.
