All they do is stun Overloads if they have line of sight from the back and that's about it

What bigger picture, stasis shards refund like 1/6 of your melee ability which arent even that good. The freezing effect is single target and takes half the mag to apply, the scout is 180 rpm. Even if they buff stasis its still in the same slot competing with riptide which is aoe and does damage.

oh yea and in lower end content it doesnt even proc the freeze cause stuff dies too fast
