Star-Crossed Footsteps are part of a bundle in the Eververse store, I believe in the Archive page but I could be wrong. They are also sold individually. Last I have was sometime in 2024.

Finnala's Iron Mark I think is unobtainable since they removed all of the old Iron Banner gear from Saladin.
