The helmet, arms and mark are from the Fenrir's Bane set which is from the Eververse but is currently not buyable I believe.
The chest is Empyrian Cartographer, also an Eververse set and can be bought for 1500 Silver.
The legs are an Eververse ornament for the Dunemarchers exotic. Not sure if it's currently buyable.
Crucible Prestige shader drops randomly at the end of Crucible matches I believe.
Erebos Glance is an Eververse shader that can appear for BD.
Echoed Anger you get from the Vow of The Disciple raid
