the legs typically match because I do just black and white, but right now with the blue on the chest I've got them matching my weapons instead which ties in the look. although, it's likely I'll swap back to black and white on the chest since I like the look tied in without weapons on as well.

Yes they return I just dont remember if for silver BD or both just the first solstice armor before forsaken is never available which is sad. I would pay silver to get it as I was unable to get them fully.
