If you’ve ever owned an armor piece before, you can turn it into a universal ornament

That’s impossible because 1 if a set was available to be purchased from xur it would have to have the seasonal activity taken out of the game when the new expansion launches. And that season was one of the seasons from lightfall’s expansion year which had just ended. It’s probably in xur’s current pool now but last season it wouldn’t have been in his pool at all
