Eh it depends on the piece. For example the Hunter cloak being a mullet is bad, but the chestpiece/arms are really good as is the Titan Helmet or Warlock chest. Are the sets a complete hit? Eh depends on point of view as a complete set they are amazing and fulfill that fantasy druid/witch vibe.
