Hi guys. I'm trying to use the wishing wall to skip to the final boss in last wish. I'm doing it solo just to get the checkpoint. After shooting the symbols for wish 7, nothing is happening. I get a sound (like a failure sound) then the symbols on the wall disappear. Is there something I'm not doing right?

hi guys! does anyone have experience with the loom quest from ada as of recent? it's been a long time since i've needed to know this information, so i don't remember what is needed to open up the loom quest, and i'm not sure if its bugged or not for my friend. he joined recently, we got him up to rank 3, he completed a bounty for ada but doesn't have any quest for the loom and it's still inoperable. i've tried bringing him to speak to banshee, checked the quest archive terminal, had him speak to ada again...etc. since its been so long im clueless. what am i missing? does he need to be rank 4 to unlock it now

What is transmog?
• Transmog is a ornament system which is unlocked after completing Ada-1's questline.

How does it work and what is transmoggable?
• Ada-1 sells 5 transmog bounties each having their own challenges (max 10 per class per season)
• Any armor piece is transmoggable as long as it is not an Exotic and can only be equipped on legendary armor.

How and where do I spend transmog currency?
• Claim your completed bounties which will grant you Synthweave, which when turned in to the loom, will finally let you unlock universal ornaments.

Well that's a series of words. In short, they're a one-time purchase that are separate from DLCs. Bungie was trying to do something with them and it kind of failed so going forward, all new dungeons will not need keys. But the ones released under that system will still need them.

That is wrong. Yeah you can get em but it's extremely rare, my friend just spent 60,000 and didn't get but 1 with accelerated assault. And it takes a longgggggg time to earn credits. I was just asking to see what was said, i was hoping there may of been a better way then what I found. The best way I've found so far is a to wager max DEATHMARKS and invade. I got 4 accelerated assaults in about an hour, if you can kill 6 or 3 and collect the crests.

You're trading the ammo regen of Field Prep for Flinch Resistance on a target that doesn't move and isn't exactly small. I'm not sure if that's worthwhile.

Chambered Compensator also decreases its already low Handling, increasing your ADS and Draw speeds. You might be better off using something like Polygonal Rifling or Smallbore, especially if you're sticking to Steady Rounds. Fluted Barrel is also a very good choice for the excellent Handling, though it's providing marginally less Stability.

Speaking of Steady, I'd personally prefer Flared Magwell. While it's hard to miss a shot on Oryx, on other targets it's a lot easier, and Flared Magwell increasing your Reload Speed - atop of Field Prep - can easily make up for mistakes.

the biggest "damage changers" are 1. weapon perks and 2. properly setting up your build and managing buffs

surges, buffs and debuffs and that kind of stuff increase damage

but the reason you want purple/legendary weapons is because they have randomly rolled perks, which some of them can indeed increase damage

Blue gear is pretty much useless, and is only something to give you when you're first starting out (the whole rarity system has kind of degraded over time, with us only getting new legendaries/exotics and them being the only weapons you get when you hit a certain level)

Legendaries have more weapons perks and better stats, although unfortunately right now almost all primary ammo weapons (the infinite ammo ones) aren't very good right now except for some utility in your build

There are a good number of high quality special/heavy ammo weapons you'll want to look for, and there's probably some guide videos on YouTube that can help you know what to look for that's available right now

Farming engrams is done by completing as many of the highest difficulty lost sectors as you can. It’s not guaranteed but it’s a fairly high chance. You will find a list of the daily focused lost sectors in #infographics . You will need to have done the normal version of the listed lost sector at least once before the flag for higher difficulties will appear outside the entrance.

Ciphers are harder. You can get one each weekend via Xur’s Xenology quest. You can get another one each week via the track at the bottom of the portal order menu.

Speaking of the portal, this will now pretty much be the only thing you will likely use until June 9th, if not beyond that.

For Legend of Acrius, you will also need 240 Spoils of Conquest, which can only be obtained via raid chests. Thankfully, you can get some per week without needing to complete an entire raid so I recommend finding a guide on that when you’re ready.
