If you're using Contraverse holds, you'll want to use armor that has high grenade states, the more the better. As for your weapons, Choir of One is great on Void and works well enough with Contraverse holds. My only suggestion for your current build is to make sure you are using anti-champion mods and weapons when you go into content with champions.

More generally, getting armor that complements whatever build your running is going to be key to making builds that feel good to use. If you know you're using a grenade build, save armor with grenade stat, same if you're using melee (less likely on Warlock). Weapon and Super are also nice to have on most builds. For PVE builds, don't bother keeping or using any armor with any Health stat; the opposite is true for PVP builds.

You get higher level armor by gaining in light/power level, so Tier 4s sometime close to 400, Tier 5s should start dropping around 450. You can use a Ghost mod to make it more likely to have armor drop with Grenadier archetype, which will have its highest stat be Grenade. You get tiered armor from the Edge of Fate campaign/Kepler, Renegades activities, and all Portal Ops.
