Nobody bothered making a loot table since the focusing system lets you just bypass that whole system outright and gives every encounter the ability to drop x piece of gear

After you get your first class item you can farm it via strange coins thru xur or farm it through overthrows

Dual destiny farming is the fastest method but the others are viable

Overthrows are super fast with chunking rn at least

If you're doing overthrows just do the matchmade one since there's usually at least one person

Finish the overthrow as fast as possible and during the 5 minute cooldown period where there are no enemies loop in circles and farm the chests around the map

Each overthrow chest you open raises your class item drop rate from every pale heart chest until you drop a class item iirc is how it works

You usually get a class item every one or two overthrows

Felt like a 50/50 to get it after the first and I'd usually get it after the second otherwise

Sword flying is slower comparatively but you can stay in the air longer and you have far more control

Open your character screen and move to the bottom screen by pressing S or the small arrow at the bottom. Then select the box that appears in the top right. Then choose any armor piece you want. All your options should be there.

Hey all, returning player here. Haven’t played since around June last year and I know the game’s gone through some pretty major reworks since then, especially gear, perks, and systems.

Prismatic. But yes, there are "optimal" ways to run the campaigns if you care more for rewards than story. Beyond Light, Lightfall, and Final Shape, all reward Subclasses, primarily.
