Good news is, you don't have to do the quest again for the other glaives so you can just do the skip once on Warlock or Hunter to get either of their glaives and then just pick up the Titan one from the Evidence Board with a Cipher

There is a way to make it to the caretaker room, go to the top and go through a crack in the wall to get to the ending area

Take out adds first since they really don't respawn. Then you can focus on taking down the big dude. At half health, a seed will spawn and you'll grab the shield. You can also hide in the side rooms if you want since none of the adds or the Witness's attacks can really hit you there. Second big dude will spawn prismatic shielded enemies at half health and after the shield phase. You can just barely move to the side while holding the shield to be out of line of sight when it ends so you don't take a bunch of damage immediately.

I genuinely have no idea why it is not working for you. My theory of it only being on bows from the TWID is wrong because it'll go on Pre Astyanax IV which isn't listed. It'll go on all the bows I've earned prior to Arms Week and it'll go on the King Orfeo I got from it. I don't have any ideas on how to fix this

As far as the Monument Void Exotics go, we're probably really only looking at Leviathan's Breath, Le Monarque, and... maybe Lorentz Driver. Ruinous Effigy is fun, but not much of anything, and Truth is just bad, as is Manticore - it's more likely to get you killed by floating slowly in place.
